Wellcome Trust is the world's largest medical research charity funding research into human and animal health. Creative Encounters: New conversations in science, education and the arts explores the many opportunities and questions provided and prompted by collaborations between artists, educators and scientists.

Original was designed in close collaboration with Steve Russell at Wellcome Trust for the cover of the publication. Individual parts of the illustration which contain details and elements referring to the contents of the book are used as divider pages before every new chapter. Commissioned by Steve Russell at Wellcome Trust.
