Title: Thank you Magritte Client: The Wanderlust Gallery
The Wanderlust 333 exhibition showed 33 of the most exciting and relevant international artists, illustrators and designers in one unique contemporary art show. The exhibition featured well-established artists alongside emerging talent. The curators scanned the visual landscape for imaginative and engaging works that reflected the many differing strands of practice of international art scene.
The Wanderlust Gallery and Studio, in Northampton, UK, showed the 333 exhibition during 33 days in the summer of 2009.
Edvard Scott was asked to create an artwork for the exhibition. Thank you Magritte was created to honor the late René Magritte (1898–1967), a Belgian surrealist artist, most known for his witty
and thought-provoking art.
